These are a must have! They fit true to size (I'm always a 7.5) and they are comfy! Best of all, the heel/soles are rubber surfaced to reduce noise on the floor in my office. Don't worry though, they're not the rubber kind that stick to the ground and have you tripping like a fool. The perforated detailing on the boot is a great embellishment for 'early' Spring shoes.
